CONDO FEES

Q: What do the condo fees cover?
A: Condo fees cover the following for all common areas: exterior building maintenance and exterminating, grounds keeping, professional landscaping, clubhouse utilities, cleaning, general maintenance and insurance, shuttle services*, garbage collection, snow removal and pool services.

Q: How much are the condo fees?
A: The fees vary from location to location. Sales associates will be able to provide an accurate answer to this question.

AMENITIES

Q: Which amenities are available to residents?
A: The pools, sports surfaces and clubhouse are available to residents all day, every day. This also applies to a host of services located inside the clubhouse. Residents have exclusive access through the same remote entry system used at the gated entrance.

Q: Do all homes at The Woodlands have high-speed internet access?
A: All units are wired for high-speed internet, but residents must set up an account with an internet service provider. Certain developments have internet covered in condo dues.

Q: Are all units at The Woodlands equipped with an intrusion alarm?
A: Yes, but to activate the alarm, the resident must arrange an account with a service provider and pay for the service.

Q: What appliances in The Woodlands come with a purchasing or leasing agreement?
A: The following are included: washer, dryer, dishwasher, disposal, stove, self-cleaning oven, microwave and a refrigerator with an ice maker.

GENERAL

Q: Is parking assigned?
A: No, it is available to everyone on a “first come, first serve” basis, but parking is free.

Q: Are pets allowed?
A: Yes, owners are allowed to keep an ordinary domestic pet (e.g. dogs, cats or caged birds) weighing up to 100 lbs. Exceeding one pet per unit requires approval. Guide animals and aquarium fish (and other animals which do not normally leave the unit and do not make noise) are permitted as well. However, residents who are renting are not allowed to have pets.
