When is rent due?

Rent is due on the 1st and is late after the 5th. Plus, for your convenience you can pay online.

How long is the lease agreement?

The lease is for 12 equal installments beginning August 16th and ending July 31st.

Is there a security deposit or application fee?

There is $150 security deposit and a $50 application fee.

What type of on-site security do you provide?

We have courtesy officers who live on site to assist office staff after hours. Homes have security systems with optional monitoring service available upon request.

What utilities am I responsible for?

Internet and Extended Cable are FREE. Your rent at The Woodlands can include an additional utility allowance which varies depending on the floorplan you live in.

Are the clubhouse and other amenities open 24 hours a day?

Yes! We allow our residents full access to all clubhouse amenities 24/7. However management reserves the right to limit this based on resident conduct. Basketball and Pool close at 11pm.

What appliances come with leasing a home?

The following are included: washer, dryer, dishwasher, disposal, stove, self-cleaning oven, microwave and a refrigerator with an ice maker.

Is parking assigned?

No, it is available to everyone on a first come, first serve basis, and parking is free.

Are pets allowed?

Yes! There is a $250 deposit (refundable), a $250 pet fee (non-refundable). Pet rent is an optional $25 a month. The weight limit is 40lbs for a single animal.
