We hope everyone is having a great summer so far, and we can’t wait for ya’ll to come home to your FAVORITE College Station condo – The Woodlands of College Station! The Woodlands of College Station continues to get bigger and better with the addition of Phase II, a new carwash station and a new horseshoe pit on site this fall. Included in Phase II this fall is all our new Cottages. These will be great hang-out spots for all your friends and neighbors. Of course we will still have all our great pool parties this year as well!
Just a reminder, our move-in date this year is August 15. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns about moving in, and we’ll be glad to help you. We will see you next month!
